Upholstered Beds — Common Questions
Can I try upholstered beds in-store before buying?
We don't have every product on display, but we hold samples from all of our suppliers at our Griffith showroom, 35 Altin Street, so you can see the quality first-hand and be guided through your purchase by our trained sleep specialists. Open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept cash, credit card, EFTPOS, and Afterpay. A 30% deposit secures your order with the balance due before collection. NDIS participants can arrange direct invoicing through their plan manager.
What is the 60-Night Peace of Mind Guarantee?
Selected premium mattresses come with a 60-night trial. Sleep on it for 30 nights minimum, and if it is not right, one exchange is available. A $395 administration fee and waterproof protector are required. Ask our team at point of sale.
Do you offer delivery?
We don't offer delivery. Every order is click and collect from our 35 Altin Street showroom in Griffith, and many boxed mattresses are ready for same-day collection. Call 02 6964 1009 or email orders@caesars.net.au if you have any questions about picking up your order.
