If after 60 nights it is genuinely not the right mattress for you, we will work with you to find one that is.

The 60-Night Guarantee is available on selected premium mattresses only. Ask our team at point of sale to confirm eligibility.

How It Works

  1. Purchase your eligible mattress and a waterproof protector — both are required to qualify for the guarantee.
  2. Sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 consecutive nights before requesting an exchange.
  3. Contact our team before night 40 from your delivery date if you wish to proceed with an exchange.
  4. Return the mattress in immaculate, unstained, undamaged condition. The $395 non-refundable administration fee applies at this step.
  5. Choose an equal-or-greater value mattress as your exchange. You pay the difference if the replacement costs more.

We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for the full 30-night minimum before requesting an exchange — most customers find their comfort improves significantly after this period.
