At Sleepdoctor Griffith, we take pride in offering high-quality, hand-crafted mattresses - built with the latest technology to provide maximum comfort and support. Our expert team draws on decades of experience to help you decide what the mattress does so you can choose the one that best suits your individual needs, body type, and sleep style.

We understand that investing in a new mattress is a big decision. That’s why we’re one of the few retailers who offer a 60-Night Peace of Mind Policy, giving you added confidence when purchasing selected premium mattresses.

However, this policy is intended only as a last resort. Choosing the right mattress is a shared responsibility and ultimately it is your choice. We encourage you to take the time in-store to carefully test and discuss your selection, and understand that your new mattress will feel different to what you're used to. Mild aches or discomfort can be a normal part of the adjustment period as your body adapts to a new level of support - this is not a fault, but a natural temporary response.


Peace of Mind – Key Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: This policy applies only to premium mattresses from participating suppliers. It does not apply to adjustable bases, custom sizes, or variation order mattresses.
  • Adjustment Period: A minimum of 30 nights must be completed

before any exchange request will be considered — this allows adequate time for your body to adjust. Requests can be made up to 40 nights from the date of delivery.

(You MUST sleep successively on the mattress for 30 nights even if it may be uncomfortable to start with so you can truly assess if this is not your preferred mattress & be clearer on one off reselection)

  • Strictly One-Time Exchange: If, after 30 nights, you still feel your mattress isn’t your preference you may be entitled to a single one-time exchange may be approved. This is the only exchange permitted under this policy — no further exchanges or refunds will be offered.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • A new waterproof and stain-resistant mattress protector must be purchased at the time of sale to ensure hygiene and eligibility.
    • You must return the mattress immaculately clean, unstained hygienic condition and undamaged condition using appropriate packaging and transport.
    • All transport costs for both return and replacement are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Your mattress base must meet Sleepdoctor's support and condition standards.
  • Exchange Value:
    • Only mattresses of equal or greater value may be selected for exchange. No promotions, vouchers or discounts.
    • Any price difference must be paid in full prior to exchange (no finance, Amex, or any other discount offers apply).
    • No refund or store credit.
  • Administration Fee:
    • A $395 non-refundable administration fee applies to any exchange and must be paid before dispatch of the replacement mattress.
  • No Refunds or Credits: The Peace of Mind Policy does not entitle you to a refund, and is separate from our Quality Guarantee and manufacturing fault warranties, which continue to apply from the date of purchase.
