Our store is staffed by a trained team with a deep understanding of sleep comfort, support and product selection. Owner and Senior Sleep Specialist
Paul is a second generation owner of Sleep Doctor Griffith and one of Australia's most experienced independent bedding specialists. With over 40 years in mattress retail, Paul has personally fitted thousands of customers across the Western Riverina, from young families buying their first proper bed to NDIS participants needing postural support solutions.
His expertise spans spinal alignment, pressure mapping, sleep surface materials and adjustable bed technology. Paul works directly with brands including Therapedic, Comfort Sleep and Sleep Australasia to curate the Sleep Doctor range, and every product on the showroom floor has been hand selected based on his decades of fitting experience.

Sales Manager and Marketing Director
Jess manages the day to day sales operation at Sleep Doctor Griffith and leads the store's marketing and digital presence. She is the first point of contact for many customers, bringing a practical, no pressure approach to mattress selection that helps people find the right match based on how they actually sleep, not just what's on sale.
As the author of the Sleep Doctor blog, Jess writes on sleep health, mattress care and buying guidance, making expert sleep advice accessible to everyone. She manages Sleep Doctor's social media and customer communications, and coordinates the store's community and charity initiatives through the Caesars Charity Committee.
