His expertise spans spinal alignment, pressure mapping, sleep surface materials, and adjustable bed technology. Paul works directly with Therapedic, Comfort Sleep, and Sleep Australasia to curate the Sleepdoctor range.
Jess manages the day-to-day sales operation and leads marketing and digital presence. She brings a practical, no-pressure approach to mattress selection — helping people find the right match based on how they actually sleep.
As author of the Sleepdoctor blog, Jess writes on sleep health, mattress care, and buying guidance. She manages social media, customer communications, and coordinates community initiatives through the Caesars Charity Committee.
