Engineered Support. Gradual Pressure Relief.

The Scancurve mattress range is designed for sleepers who value supportive comfort and considered design. Built around an advanced Profile Spring System, Scancurve is engineered to contour to the body’s natural shape while providing gradual pressure relief and consistent support.

Registered as a TGA Class I Medical Device, Scancurve mattresses are designed with structure, alignment and comfort in mind, without relying on gimmicks or surface softness alone.

What makes Scancurve different?

At the core of the Scancurve range is a unique two-stage pocket spring system.
Softer springs respond first to the body’s weight, helping to reduce pressure at key contact points such as the shoulders and hips. Firmer springs engage underneath to maximise support and prevent excessive sink.

This layered response allows the mattress to profile to the body shape, offering gradual pressure relief while maintaining stable, supportive comfort.

Engineered comfort layers

Above the spring system, Scancurve features carefully selected comfort materials designed to work in harmony with the support core:

  • iCool fabric designed to draw heat away from the sleep surface for all-season comfort

  • AirScape® quilting foam providing a soft, resilient surface feel

  • NeroSoy comfort layers, including high-density Neropur® foam for durability and resilience, and an open-cell soy-based foam layer available in firm, medium or plush feels

  • Targeted shaping through the hip and shoulder zones to enhance comfort without compromising support

These layers are selected to complement the spring system, not overpower it, helping maintain support, shape and comfort over time.

Probox edge support

A reinforced Probox edge support system provides a consistent sleeping surface from edge to edge. The 90mm perimeter support helps reduce roll-out and maximises usable sleep space, particularly beneficial for couples and adjustable bed use.

Designed with care and compliance

Scancurve mattresses are registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) as a Class I Medical Device. This registration recognises the mattress’s design intent to support the body and promote correct sleeping posture through considered construction and materials.
