Activate Super Firm Mattress
A super firm pocket coil mattress for back and stomach sleepers and anyone who finds soft mattresses unsupportive.
The Activate in detail
The Activate Super Firm is the firmest mattress in our range and suits back and stomach sleepers. Its 4 zoned pocket coils stand 180mm high with a higher gauge wire through the middle for extra lumbar support, and Airtex fibre in the quilting keeps air moving. It is Australian made with a 10 year maker's guarantee.
What makes the Activate different
-
4 zoned pocket coils
The coils stand 180mm high with 5.5 turns in each spring and are set in four zones, with a higher gauge wire through the middle section for extra support in your lumbar area.
Your lower back gets extra support from the middle of the mattress, and the pocket coils contour to your body shape while cutting down how much you feel your partner move.
-
Quilting with Airtex
The quilting uses Airtex, a temperature transfer fibre designed to circulate air through the top of the mattress.
Air keeps moving under you through the night, which helps you stay at a comfortable sleeping temperature.
-
Felt pad
A felt pad sits on each side of the coil unit, one above and one below, and together they protect the coils from moisture.
The coils that hold you up are protected from moisture above and below, which looks after the support you sleep on.
-
Corner support
Foam corner supports give the corners of the mattress a soft touch and stop the springs from protruding.
The corners of the mattress feel soft to the touch, and no spring can push out through them.
Who the Activate suits
-
Back and stomach sleepers
A super firm surface over coils with a higher gauge wire through the middle gives you extra support in the lumbar area.
-
Anyone who finds soft mattresses unsupportive
The super firm feel keeps you from sinking into the mattress, so moving and turning over in the night takes less effort.
-
Couples
The pocket coils reduce partner disturbance, so you are less likely to feel each other turning over.
-
Anyone wanting support that lasts
The Activate is made to hold its shape and support over time, and felt pads above and below the coils protect them from moisture.
